Wild Reach Brand Identity

CASE STUDY — Email Marketing · Costa Rica · Adobe Suite

Email & SMS marketing agency, now with a visual identity

Brand Strategy · Identity Design · Brand Guidelines · 1 month

The Transformation

The Result

Wild Reach is a growing email and SMS marketing agency with a clear offer and a strong founder, but no cohesive brand to show for it, only a name and an idea for a logo.

This project was a full brand identity build from the ground up: strategy, visual identity, and a complete brand system designed to scale.

The result is a brand that owns a distinct space in a saturated industry, expert enough to be trusted, human enough to be remembered.

Testimonial

I am grateful that I reached out to Trixi for help building a professional website for my tutoring business. Trixi explained the process in detail, provided several drafts during the project, and was extremely kind and patient throughout the whole process. I couldn't have been more happy with the end result and I definitely couldn't have done it without her help. Trixi, will be my go to for any website and graphic design and the one I will be recommending to others. Thank you Trixi!

The Project

Wild Reach is an email and SMS marketing strategy agency helping brands build stronger customer relationships through thoughtful lifecycle marketing.

Founder Tiffany Feskens had built a real business with a clear methodology and a growing client base, but the brand didn't reflect any of that.

There was no consistent visual identity, no defined brand voice, and no system to apply across touchpoints. As the business grew, she wanted to have the visual identity that she had been imagining for it. A website, educational content, and digital products were on the horizon, and none of them could move forward without a solid brand foundation.

The goal was to build that foundation. A complete brand identity system that could grow with the business, not just serve the moment.

The Problem

The email and SMS marketing industry is crowded, and most agencies look identical, split into two extremes: highly corporate and technical, or informal and personality-driven. Wild Reach was neither, but without a defined brand, that distinction was invisible.

The brand required a space of its own: strategic and authoritative, but warm and approachable. Bold enough to be remembered, grounded enough to be trusted, just like Tiffany. Warm, direct, and strategic.

The Insight

Researching the email marketing agency landscape made one thing clear: the space wasn't at either extreme. It was in the middle. A brand that could hold both strategic authority and human warmth, without compromising either one, had room to stand out.

That tension became the creative and strategic foundation for the entire identity. Not one or the other. Both held together deliberately:

  • Bold — yet grounded

  • Professional — yet approachable

  • Wild at heart — refined in execution

  • Warm — and human

Wild at heart. Refined in execution.
That phrase captured the founder, the agency, and the gap in the market all at once. Everything that followed was built from it.

The Solution

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Before any visual work began, the brand needed a strategic foundation. This meant defining where Wild Reach sat in the market, what it stood for, and how it should communicate. The four brand tensions became the brief. Shaping not just the visual direction but the tone of voice, the communication style, and the personality the brand would express across every touchpoint.

Visual Identity

The visual system was designed to hold the same tension as the strategy: natural and considered, but confident and structured. The colour palette balances warmth with authority. The typography creates hierarchy without rigidity. The logo suite works across digital platforms, email, social media, and print, built as a system.

Brand Voice

A defined voice was as important as the visual identity. Wild Reach needed to sound as considered as it looked, direct and clear, strategic and thoughtful, encouraging without being informal. The voice guidelines ensured that tone would stay consistent whether Tiffany was writing a client email, a social media caption, or a homepage headline.

Deliverables

  • Brand strategy and positioning

  • Primary and secondary logo

  • Colour palette with usage guidelines

  • Typography system, including web-safe alternatives

  • Brand voice and communication guidelines

  • Full brand guideline document

  • Logo file package — PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, PDF

The Outcome

Wild Reach now has a brand that does what a brand is supposed to do. Communicate value before a word is read.

The identity is distinctive enough to be remembered and structured enough to scale.

The brand guideline document means Wild Reach can grow without losing consistency. Whether it's a new team member, a collaborator, or a new platform, the system is in place to ensure the brand stays coherent as the business expands.

Perhaps most importantly, the identity unlocked everything that came next. The website, the email templates, and the educational content, none of them could move forward without this foundation. The brand didn't just solve a visual problem. It gave the business a language to grow into.
