Wild Reach Website

CASE STUDY — Email Marketing · Costa Rica · wix editor

The brand identity of an Email & SMS marketing agency brought to life with a website

UX Strategy · Web Design · Brand Application · seo · 3 months

The Transformation

The Result

Wild Reach had a brand identity and a growing client base, but a website that reflected neither. This project was a full strategic redesign: Phase 1 of a two-phase plan to take Wild Reach from a site that looked like a different business entirely, to a focused, on-brand web presence built around how their clients actually find them.

The result is a single-page website with a clear visitor journey, a redesigned booking flow, and the first live application of the Wild Reach brand identity, with a complete SEO foundation built in from day one.

Testimonial

I am grateful that I reached out to Trixi for help building a professional website for my tutoring business. Trixi explained the process in detail, provided several drafts during the project, and was extremely kind and patient throughout the whole process. I couldn't have been more happy with the end result and I definitely couldn't have done it without her help. Trixi, will be my go to for any website and graphic design and the one I will be recommending to others. Thank you Trixi!

The Project

With a brand identity now in place, Wild Reach needed a website to match. The previous site had strong content but the design and layout did not speak to the actual visitors of the site, and the brand identity that had been carefully built was nowhere to be seen on the page.

Before jumping into design, the project started with a strategic question: who is actually landing on this website, and what do they need when they get there?

Wild Reach grows through referrals, which means the typical visitor isn't a stranger discovering the brand for the first time. They're a warm lead looking for confirmation that the recommendation they received was the right one.

That distinction changed the entire approach. This wasn't a site that needed to cast a wide net. It needed to do one thing really well: make the right person feel confident enough to book a call.

This was Phase 1 — a strategic foundation build designed around that specific visitor. Phase 2 is planned to expand the site into a full acquisition platform with dedicated service pages, SEO content, and a broader growth strategy.

The Problem

The site wasn't doing a specific enough job. Sections lacked hierarchy, and the booking CTAs were placed throughout the page without a clear strategy behind them, scattered rather than intentionally placed.

On top of that, the Wild Reach brand, built to feel expert and human, simply wasn't showing up. The design and layout didn't reflect the identity or the quality of the work behind it. The site looked like a different business entirely.

Discovery & Research

Researching the email and SMS marketing space revealed a consistent pattern: most agencies in this industry default to one of two extremes, either heavily corporate and technical or informal and personality-driven. Very few occupy the space in between.

That gap was the opportunity. Wild Reach had the personality and the expertise to own that middle ground, but the website was doing neither.
It wasn't leveraging the warmth of the founder or the credibility of the work.

The second insight came from mapping the visitor journey. Referred visitors move through a completely different decision-making process than cold traffic. They aren't evaluating options; they are looking for one clear signal: can I trust this person with my business? Every structural and design decision that followed was built around answering that question as quickly and confidently as possible.

The Solution

Information Architecture

The first decision was structural. Rather than building a traditional multi-page website, the project for this phase 1 design called for a single scrollable page with anchor navigation. This kept the referred visitor on one continuous journey, moving naturally from first impression to booked call without getting lost across multiple pages. Every section was mapped to one question the visitor was already asking, and nothing made it onto the page without a clear job to do.

Brand Application

This was the first time the Wild Reach brand identity was applied to a live web environment. The visual system: colour palette, typography, spacing, and tone, was translated into a fully functioning web design language. The result was a site that finally looked and felt like the business behind it, professional, experienced, warm, and considered.

Booking Flow Redesign

The Jungle Jam booking section was rebuilt from scratch. The original was a button at the bottom of the website and in the global navigation, with no real context, and nobody clicks on what they don't understand. A full section was designed around it: what the call covers, what to expect, and a clear low-friction CTA.

Deliverables

  • UX strategy and user journey mapping

  • Phase 1 and Phase 2 sitemap

  • Wireframes and high-fidelity prototype

  • Homepage — single scroll with anchor navigation

  • Jungle Jam booking page

  • Responsive build — desktop, mobile

  • Complete SEO foundation

  • SOW branded client document template

The Outcome

The result is a website that finally does a specific job well. Not a site built for everyone, a site built for the actual visitors, arriving at the right moment, needing the right thing.

For the first time, Wild Reach has a web presence that matches the quality and personality of the brand behind it. The visual identity that existed on paper now lives in a real, functioning environment, and the difference between the before and after is immediately visible.

The booking flow that previously went unnoticed now has context, clarity, and intention behind it. The visitor journey moves naturally from landing on the page to understanding exactly what Wild Reach offers, who it's for, and how to take the next step.

From a technical standpoint, a complete SEO foundation was built into Phase 1 from day one: structured data markup, meta copy, robots tags, and Open Graph tags. Most websites at this stage don't have this in place. Wild Reach does, which means Phase 2 launches with Google already building an understanding of the brand, not starting from scratch.

Phase 1 was never meant to be the whole story. It was meant to be the right foundation: clean, credible, and ready to grow. Phase 2 will expand Wild Reach from a referral-validation site into a full acquisition platform, with dedicated service pages, a blog, SEO content strategy, and educational infrastructure.

That work starts from a solid base. That's the point.
